"The location is noisy on summer evenings due to its location above a beach bar and popular beach. Kitchen vent and three of the four gas burners were not operating properly. Many of the light in the home were burned out. Without opening the windows there is no air circulation (no fans or central air). Keeping the windows open, which is necessary given summer humidity and temperatures, increases street noise in the house. The king bed is terribly uncomfortable, so we ended up purchasing mattress...
