### Angoulins 60m2 house heated pool 2 bedrooms 80m from the sea

The rental house is located on the edge of Châtelaillon-Plage Angoulins sea, at a place called 'Saint Jean des Sables'. Facing the sea, 80 m from the beach, this semi-detached new house located on a main property of 270m2 fully fenced, will seduce you with all its qualities and benefits.  
  
Built in September 2014 and furnished in a contemporary style, this holiday house has all the comfort and very good services.  
2 large bedrooms of 11 and 13m2 are available with 1 bed of 140, wardrobe, desk and TV led. 1 single bed can be added in a room on request (can also put a cot available). Each room has a bay window that allows direct access to the large wooden terrace of 50m2 facing south ..  
  
A large room 30m2 opening onto the terrace and consists of a new fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, oven-microwave, hotplates, drawer hood, large fridge, integrated freezer, ceramic sink, dishwasher , Tassimo coffee machine, etc .. and numerous cupboards have all the dishes and the usual kitchen utensils. The dining room is available to guests with a table and chairs. The living area has a sofa, an armchair and two coffee tables. An LED TV is equipped with 82cm with TNT.  
A WiFi connection is available throughout the house.  
  
The bathroom made in a contemporary style receives a 'king -size' shower. In the laundry area, a dryer and washing machine are available.  
The toilets are independent.  
The house meets the standard BBC allowing for the summer to keep the freshness of the rooms for the night.  
Shared use of contemporary pool, fully secured by a roller shutter is strongly recommended because the water is heated to 28 ° \~:-) between May and October.  
  
You can also use the vast oriented 50m2 wooden terrace south and equipped with sunbeds.  
Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the pool and why you have a living room with table and chairs and a large BBQ.  
ATV 2 adult bikes will be available during your stay so you can make the most of the many bike paths surrounding one of which runs right past the house.  
  
A walkway closed by an automated gate with remote control allows you to access the house via a courtyard or may be stored safely bike, stroller etc ..  
The hostess practicing organic gardening on the adjacent property, will be pleased to provide you with vegetables and seasonal fruits .. Three different beaches are accessible by a small road, 80 meters from the house. It passes under the bridge of a small railway track serving by TER La Rochelle Rochefort (TER 7 days, no significant nuisance).
