Entrance to a living room leading to 2 bedrooms with windows overlooking the living space, one with a 160x200 bed and the other with 2 120x190 beds and 1 90x190 bed. Equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate shower room and separate toilet.  
Wifi by fiber box.  
Outside to share with the owners and 1 other gîte: garden and courtyard of 500m², swimming lane swimming pool of 13x3m of 1.70m deep protected by an alarm open from April to the end of September. Vegetable garden, games room of 150m² with basketball, giant trampoline, sports equipment, punching bag. Storage space with bicycles available. Shelter for 1 car on site, public parking nearby.  
Access to the owners' restaurant on site. Hiking, green flow and Flow bike on site. Part of old stables and a coaching inn, Stéphanie created this loft-style apartment in 2021 with old-fashioned elements and large volumes. Thanks to the themed decoration, you will travel through history. This 100m² accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends to discover Angoulême and its surroundings.
