The property had plenty of space. We had the entire first floor - Dining room, living room, den, 2 bathroom, en-suite, TV in all the rooms. I felt owners took the time to make sure guests were comfortable. I like the simple and cottage feel of this place. I didn’t realize there are long term tenants living upstairs on the second floor. We loved sitting out on the back deck/patio watching the sunset. Our teenagers had a great time in the lake and fishing close by. The house is dated and could use more sleeping space but then it would probably cost a whole lot more because of the location so the value was good. It was everything needed for a beach house.
