Lack of maintenance may be related to shared use of structure by hotel and multiple condominium units. "As you will see from the other reviews the hotel is a bit delapidated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent view, helpful staff. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Brilliant location near the beach and on a bus route. If you want a super smart hotel go somewhere else, but I thought it was fine."
