You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Family Moments - Anglesea

Our lovely home is set up perfectly for families with two seperate living areas, a basketball court, cubby and fire pit for those winter getaways. Its packed full of games and toys for the kids whilst the large deck has an entertaining table to fit 10! It\`s a place where great family memories will be made whilst still being perfectly located in Anglesea and near the beautiful Point Roadknight beach which is just a ten minute stroll away. We can\`t wait to welcome you!  
  
With ample space for two families the separate living areas can easily be a kids retreat and an adult sanctuary. The kitchen is well stocked for big cook ups and there are two bathrooms along with the four bedrooms.   
  
The garden is fully fenced so the little ones can wonder around freely while the outdoor shower is perfect to wash away those sandy feet.   
  
The home configuration is as follows:  
  
 \- 1x queen  
 \- 1x queen with a single bed (please note it\`s byo for the linen and doona on this single bed)  
 \- 1x queen  
 \- 1x queen  
 \- x2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath)  
 \- 1x laundry with washer and dryer  
  
All linen and towels are included for the queen beds.  
  
Please note this property does not have wifi and is byo wood for the fire pit.  
  
Location:  
Point Roadknight beach (patrolled during summer months) is a lovely 10 minute walk (3 min drive). Great for swimming,boogie boarding, surfing, walking, relaxing, playing, fishing.   
  
Soapy Rocks beach - between Anglesea main beach & Point Roadknight - swimming (unpatrolled), surfing, fishing, walking. Amazing rock formations (don’t sit under the rock wall)   
  
Anglesea Main Beach - 5 min drive, 30 min walk. Patrolled beach during peak season. Great for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding   
  
Point Roadknight - Guvvos beach - great beach to walk along, maybe surf fishing, not a swimming beach.  
  
Entire home.  
  
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.  
Strictly no schoolies, young groups or events please.
