It comprises a pretty 31 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- A 31 m² living room with TV, a sofa (also a pull-out bed) and a fireplace. \- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... On the 1ᵉʳ floor: \- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed (90×190). \- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot as well as a changing table \- Bedroom 3: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds for children) and a pull-out bed for a total of 3 beds in this room. \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A lovely south-facing 400 m² enclosed garden with outdoor play equipment. \- A 90 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Anglards-de-Salers, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
