I am very satisfied with the service. No hot water 2. No internet in the rooms only in the reception 3. No tv signal what makes the one in your room useless 4. No water dispenser for cold and hot water 5. Licking water from The ceiling in the bathroom So my overall assesment is a cheap hotel and very basic spartan style. The place itself is brand new or newly remodeled and in great condition. There were however some problems during my stay. (1) Directions to the hotel are difficult on grab or google maps. The address of the hotel should be around 905 Pampanga Street, Mountain View, but it is not listed anywhere. Grab and google maps will take you to the intersection of Lipa Street and Pampanga Street and the hotel is not visible from there. (2) The aircon was weak. It is a very small and cheap unit. (3) I had no hot water during my stay (4) Wifi signal was weak also. I couldn't pick up the wifi signal in my room on my phone, but the wifi for my laptop was okay. I believe that the hotel is working on the hot water and wifi, but I'm not sure when it will be solved.
