The mattresses was discussing, the furniture was all scratched up. The pools were very very dirty. I had to book a room at Park Inn by Radisson Clark. I am disabled so we needed somewhere with elevator. Hotel description says that there is elevator and there is none. Lost power on second night and my family and I left after night 2 of 8 night booking with no refund . Had to pay 1000 pesos deposit for second key. Tried to charge again for 11yr old child but was clearly charged already from Expedia. Front door staff harassed family members for dropping us off and picking us up.
