This fully renovated and customised apartment is located within Kay Hotel & Residences.  
The room itself is located on an exclusively privately owned level so we have a strict policy of a maximum of two people and ask that you be respectful and keep the noise to a level you would have your own neighbours afford to you.  
Please be mindful you are renting someone’s home not a hotel room.  
555 Don Juico Avenue (Perimeter Road), Malabanias Angeles City Pampanga ,Philippines 🇵🇭.  
Large 53sqm fully self contained kitchen, lounge, dining, 1 x bedroom with king bed and ensuite, balcony, great views.  
Check in 2pm.   
Check out the following day at midday 12 noon.

Air conditioning in the living areas and the bedroom with 2 x split-systems.  
Refrigerators x 2, aside from the main kitchen refrigerator a second mini-bar fridge is located in the bedroom.  
Complete kitchen equipment (rice cooker, kettle, microwave oven utensils and more)  
Full size electric oven with range-hood.  
All linen is supplied for your bedroom and bathroom needs.  
The apartment has been sound-guarded with the renovation to keep it very quiet inside.
