Tucked away just five miles south of Angel Fire, this home boasts stunning alpine vistas and comes fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The high ceilings and open floor plan offer room for the whole family. Gather around the fireplace on chilly evenings or take in the views from the deck on warmer nights. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Featuring a colorful array of wall art and fixtures, the dreamy main includes a cloudscape en suite complete with a luxurious soaking tub, spacious shower, and walk-in closet. The furnished loft space features a sunny rec room (with a sink and vanity), a cozy sitting area with a selection of books and games, and additional sleeping accommodations. High-speed WiFi allows you to connect with loved ones and share highlights during your amazing stay. Guest Access: Whether coming from the North or South, you will access the house from the “main” road, highway 434\. You’ll turn onto Osha Rd (AKA County Road B-3). Follow the road as it winds up a hill and splits 3 ways. You stay to the left and merge onto Laguna Negra Rd (AKA County Road B-42). You’ll curve to the right slightly and down a hill. The road flattens and curves to the left, leading to a cattle guard. This marks the beginning of the property. You’ll be taking a right into the driveway in less than 1/4 mile. Before the driveway is a green electrical box with a 51 on it. It could be obscured by snow. On the far side of the driveway is a snowmobile on a large fallen tree. Turn into the driveway and follow it to the house. You may park in front of the garage or circle around the house and park at the “top” where there are fewer steps on the deck into the front door. Other Things to Note: Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate." 4WD or AWD Vehicle Required during winter months November through March The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. Firewood is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire but is not provided by host. If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. Jan 1, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Listing accuracy The listing states that the property has five bedrooms, which we found to be misleading. In reality, there are four bedrooms and one open loft sleeping area without doors. The listing photos do not clearly show that the loft is an open space. Because of this, we had to significantly rearrange our sleeping plans, which was very inconvenient for our group.Additionally, one one tiny bedroom had a door that was not fully functional. The downstairs room had a very thin, two-panel door that provided minimal sound insulation.There were a few other concerns upon arrival. A dustpan and broom were left directly at the entrance, which felt unusual. The sofa near the front door had a torn cover, and the door handle frequently fell off and could not be properly secured.We also experienced a serious issue with flies inside the house. This was particularly surprising given the time of year. There were a very large number of flies throughout the home—hundreds over the course of our stay. Despite the presence of sticky strips and traps, flies were constantly present and frequently landed on food, including getting into plates during meals, which was very uncomfortable. The scale of the issue raised concerns about where the flies were coming from and suggests a possible underlying source that may need to be investigated (I think its coming from sewage).The property is managed by a management company rather than the owner, and our experience with them was not very helpful (generic) ##### ILNUR A.
