This is a great condo in the best complex in Angel fire. Staying slope side saves so much time on your vacation--carting people and getting to and from the action. Everything worked and it was comfortable. However, I am 77 and I made the reservation because the description said ground floor. It was on the ground floor but you had 18 narrow steps to go down to get to ground floor from the parking lot. This is a perfect place for a summer getaway. Adjacent to Angelfire Resort which operates its lifts for summer activities like mountain biking, and hiking. The Moreno Vally is a beautiful alpine valley offering a refuge from the summer heat and this property is a perfect base to explore the area from. The property is well appointed with everything that you need to come back to after an action packed day. The kitchen well stocked if you choose to cookin or get carryout. Then sit back and chill in the comfy living room, or share some time on the porch. My wife and I, and our Boston Terrier Otis, greatly enjoyed our stay and we will definatly book this property again. Lisa, the property owner, made our visit easy and comfortable with clear messaging for entry, and good insider recommendations for food and activities in the area. We had a 6 month old with us, and the bedroom allowed plenty of space for a pack n play. The other kids were very comfortable on the couch in the living room. It has a nice back patio that looks into the woods, and if you have a pat there a number of very nice walking trails nearby. Plus, the checkout routine was very simple and I’m sure all of you know how some require so much of the person checking out even though they’re charging a huge fee.
