One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (four twin beds) perfect for the kids, yet large and comfortable enough for adults. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed along with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The teens loved the downstairs room for late night games and tv. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for preparing and serving a big group. The location was great. Nice to watch the deer and the stars from the deck. Never got to use the fire pit because it rained all day, but the property was large enough for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The property management company was "nice" but not very effective. When we arrived, the refrigerator was broken. It took the management company DAYS (half of our stay!) to fix it. This should have been checked before our arrival. That was a big annoyance, but there were other smaller annoyances. Examples - they only provided \*one\* kitchen towel. The bathtubs didn't have plugs provided, so it was difficult to give our kids baths. The TVs weren't connected to wifi, so we couldn't use any streaming services. There were no AC units, not even window units. So, as you can see, there were pros and cons.
