One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (four twin beds) perfect for the kids, yet large and comfortable enough for adults. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed along with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. This home has all the amenities you will need, including high-speed wireless internet and satellite TV available in both living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen is large and open, with a center island that doubles as a breakfast bar. You can view the wildlife as you enjoy a meal at the dining room table that seats six. The teens loved the downstairs room for late night games and tv. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for preparing and serving a big group. The location was great. The property management company was "nice" but not very effective. When we arrived, the refrigerator was broken. It took the management company DAYS (half of our stay!) to fix it. This should have been checked before our arrival. That was a big annoyance, but there were other smaller annoyances. Examples - they only provided \*one\* kitchen towel. The bathtubs didn't have plugs provided, so it was difficult to give our kids baths. The TVs weren't connected to wifi, so we couldn't use any streaming services. There were no AC units, not even window units. So, as you can see, there were pros and cons. I love the house and the location, but I will not rent from this management company again. ##### Marguerite O. The layout was great for us and the kids and the location is great being only about 10min from the slopes. Really nice to be able to walk to Monte Verde Lake. Nice to watch the deer and the stars from the deck. Never got to use the fire pit because it rained all day, but the property was large enough for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. Skiing was great & the Ponderosa house was perfect! We did some cooking & the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable!
