There were dead flies on the kitchen counters and chairs, clumps of mud on the floor and coffee table, downstairs toilet leaks on the floor. The shower sounds like you are going to fall through the floor when you are in it. The amount of pet hair on the carpets, comforters, sheets, and pillows is gross. Would not recommend. ##### Bri N. When I brought this fact to their attention, they claimed they already discovered the error and had refunded the amount back to my credit card. Unfortunately that was not true and days later I had to dispute the second charge with my credit card company. Also, I had to call the management company for the access code to the condo and later for the wifi code. The last two things are small annoyances but these things should be handled in advance through email or text. The condo is a short, easy walk to the lift so there's that. ##### Elvira C. The place is walking distance to the slopes and many restaurants. Grocery store is super close as well. My only suggestion would be for there to be a binder in the chateau that has information about specific things in the chateau (how to turn on the fireplace, where trash receptacle are, etc). The property is an easy walk to the ski lifts. It is clean and well maintained and has some nice upgrades to the kitchen counters, sink, and tile floors. The upstairs loft also has plenty of room to sleep four on a double bed and two twins, great for kids. The property manager did a nice job preparing for our arrival and left towels and toiletries in the bathroom just like a hotel. I would definitely recommend this spot for a small family. ##### Dan W.
