Guests receive exclusive lift ticket pricing — just $99 for adults, with even lower rates for kids and seniors! (Offer not available January 16-19th and February 13-16th). Enjoy being close to the Angel Fire ski area while surrounded by the pines in this updated condo. Pinetree 202 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps up to four. The living room has a sofa that seats three, an electric fireplace, and a Samsung smart TV. The front balcony is accessed through the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all-new full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a standing desk, and in-room sink along with a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower stall. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have access to the rear balcony. Wi-Fi is provided. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available. There is a flight of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this condo. NON-PET FRIENDLY. SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker. INDOOR LIVING: Electric fireplace, flat-screen smart TV. Radiant ceiling heating. OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating. GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. LOCATION: Pinetree Commons is half a mile from the Chile Express chair lift and the Angel Fire Resort base area. It is 2.6 miles (7 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.6 miles (7 minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake. PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available. POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use. WHAT TO KNOW: This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out. Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation. Smoking is not permitted on our properties. Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). First I'll list the pros: the condo is close to the base so it is an easy walk (or can take a nearby shuttle), parking is right out front, general size of the condo for 4 people was adequate. Kitchen/living area is updated. Cons: uncomfortable beds/pillows, scratchy sheets, hard pillows/yellowing. Had to call property manager to find out why hot water heater was not on (had to flip a breaker). Primary bathroom is TINY. I am 5'3" and 125 lbs and I barely fit in there. There is no picture showing this bathroom and I see why now. The walls are thin and can hear people in other units. Bathrooms are not updated. Kitchen dishes/bowls are plastic with a lot of cut marks in them (I thought we were one of the first guests due to lack of reviews so I would have thought most items would have been new). The scrubber for the dishes was used and still had food gunk in it. I hate to leave a review like this as I am also a VRBO host, but I would want to know about the tiny shower and lack of privacy as it relates to noise/sound. ##### Liz L.
