« The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. »

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. « le service demandé avant mon arrivé (airport transportation service), jamais reçu une réponse. Le règlement a été effectué avant arrivée, mais, à cause de mauvaise communication entre l'hôtel et prestataire, je ne pouvais pas partir de l'hôtel et j'étais en retour d'une réunion importante avec mes clients pour 1h... quel catastrophe !!! »
