Villa Aggelikes – A Luxurious Retreat in Andros ! Amazing garden with a most impressive jasmine tree and bougainvilleas,climbing up to the upper floor!

Villa Aggelikes is an elegant private villa featuring a swimming pool and sweeping amphitheatric views of the southern Aegean Sea, overlooking the islands of Kea, Kythnos, and Gyaros. Set on a one-acre estate at an ideal altitude of 80 meters, it gazes over St. Peter’s Beach — one of Andros’ most beautiful — reachable within 15 minutes on foot (600m walk, including a 200m incline), or just a few minutes by car.
Many ice restaurants are down to the road ,close to the villa like the traditional Giannoulis taverna, Francesco, Italian restaurant, Agios Kiprianos taverna, Hot spot pizza and burger bar and a new addition to the island, the up scale Topos restaurant!



Perfectly located just a few kilometers from the port of Gavrion and the lively village of Batsi, the villa offers a rare blend of privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking scenery, while remaining close to plrenty of beaches (Agios Petros beach ,Golden sand beach and Kipri beach, witch has surfing etc school), water sports centers, charming tavernas, supermarkets, and more.

Designed by Greek architect Mari Goga, Villa Aggelikes was envisioned to harmoniously integrate with its natural surroundings, offering generous open spaces both indoors and out. The stone elements of the house were crafted using stone excavated directly from the property itself.

The villa spans two levels. The ground floor (approximately 100 sq. meters) features a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace, original vintage furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen — complete with amenities such as a Nespresso machine.

The upper level houses three bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, private balconies, and spectacular sea views. Each bedroom comfortably accommodates two guests.

Every detail of Villa Aggelikes reflects the personal care of its owners, with custom-built furnishings and pieces from their private estate.

For larger groups, a second villa nearby (Villa Eleagnos) of similar almost specifications (has one more bedroom for an extra charge), is also available for rent through this website.

Andros is a true hidden gem, boasting over 40 stunning beaches, vibrant watersports centers, rich cultural heritage (ancient, Byzantine, and modern), exceptional gastronomy, and majestic mountains. It is also considered one of Europe’s premier hiking destinations, with over 160 kilometers of well-marked trails awaiting exploration.
Hora of Andros is a gem to explore,with an exceptional archeological museum and two museums of modern art!

Wonderful villa with stunning views and pool

A really well equipped high standard villa. Stunning views down to the beach and the sea. Great pool with lots of loungers and shade and completely sheltered on windy days. So many outside eating and sitting areas - really comfy, beautifully outdoor lighting, lovely balconies. Great aircon, all bedrooms ensuite, well equipped kitchen. And the host was really responsive. The property was beautiful, well equipped and homely. Fantastic views and in a good location close to Gavrio and Batsi. Maria was extremely helpful, always available to answer any questions and her restaurant recommendations were excellent. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Andros Family Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful stay on Andros - Maria is just a wonderful hostess for this absolutely beautiful property. This is a quintessential villa by the sea - with panoramic views, a constant breeze from the sea and the smells of many flowers. We were fortunate to be here when the lemon and nectarine trees were ripe - we made a pie with the nectarines and had fresh lemon juice all week. The kitchen is well appointed. Beds and linens are comfortable. The villa is large, comfortable, homey and charming. There are many books to enjoy while lounging on the perfect sun deck. Please note, the short drive up the hill to the villa is quite steep and you will need a good car to feel comfortable on this hill. It is a short drive to get to several beautiful beaches, tavernas and markets and very convenient to the ferry port. We would definitely return to this beautiful place - 10 STARS!!! Thank you Maria for being a wonderful hostess!! And special thank you to Elias who waiting an hour for us at the port when our ferry was late to arrive - we would not have made it to the villa that first night without him!!

Piece of perfection

We booked this trip at the last minute in desperation to get away and can hardly believe how lucky we were to find this heavenly villa and its completely lovely owners Maria and Konstantin. The villa is absolutely perfect in every way - beautifully laid out, built and decorated and Maria and Konstantin were so warm, helpful and responsive. It was a massive heatwave in Greece while we were there but Maria told us where to go and what to do to get through it - and we ended up falling in love with Andros. Really could not recommend the entire experience more. We all absolutely loved it.

Amazing villa at an amazing island

It is the fourth year we return to the villa .and the island. It is a perfect villa. The views are breathtaking, the location perfect , close to beaches and tavernas but very private at the same time. The furniture and the internal decoration are expensive and stylish and the pool is exquisite. The island has numerous wonderful beaches but it much more than that. There is culture, a museum of modern art , a capital city with neoclassical architecture, wonderful marked paths in lavish valleys (even with natural pools to dive in the summer!) and summer festival with ancient Greek theater performances. Unquestionably recommended.

A terrific home in a scenic location on the Island of Andros. Much loved by a family of 5 who vacationed there in August. The 3 bedrooms provided flexibility and personal space for all of us.
