Great place and near from the Soldeu Gondola. Free parking on the street available and good restaurants nearby. Staff quite friendly with some exceptions in the breakfast area.

Excellent food and service
Excellent food (breakfast, dinner), everybody is very kind and helpful. Nice spa with gym and sauna. They even prepared breakfast for us on our check out day because we had to leave early.

Hotel close to slopes
Great hotel, nice breakfast and evening meals. Shuttle bus regular and reliable to slopes Lovely view down mountain from recieption WiFi very poor for those Netflix junkies

High Standard Hotel, Clean and Comfortable
This is my second stay at this hotel and it's very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Everything is of a very good standard. The staff are always happy to help. The spa is also very nice and very welcome at the end of a days skiing. A couple of things would make it better. 1) A Hot Coffee or Tea. The coffee machine at breakfast only produces drinks that are not that hot. So if you add milk the temperature becomes luke warm. So take your own kettle for your room as they don't provide this. 2) The food could be a bit better but you can go into Soldeu for a wider choice. It's about a 10-15m walk into Soldeu so may not be close enough for some people.

First ski holiday
Although the hotel is a 800 yard walk up into the resort it was more than worth it on the odd occasion we had to. The hotel is excellent value with staff who can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay. A courtesy bus runs you back and too too the gondola during the day and there's a lovely spa in the hotel to relax those aching joints following a day on the slopes. Breakfast is fine as is the hotel bar. The whole hotel is immaculate in its cleanliness and I heard no noise during my six night stay. I will definitely stay there again

Small friendly boutique style hotel
boutique Boutique style hotel was cleaned modern & all staff friendly and helpful. The buffet Breakfast is catering for both cold continental & cooked English. The buffet evening meal was good value with quite a good choice of different dishes. Hotel spa was just perfect for relaxing & recovering after a hard days skiing, really recommended. Hotel is located on the outskirts of Soldeu, approx 10 to 15 mins walk to restaraunts & bars. Pre bookable free mini bus runs very 10 mins from the hotel to the Soldeu ski lift station, is very efficiently run.

A good 4 star hotel
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, a good selection for breakfast, a welcome spa after skiing and helpful facilities like ski lockers and mini bus transfer to the slopes.

Let down slightly by cold food
A friendly, stylish and modern hotel. The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the Soldeu gondola and chair lift, may on the review sites complain that you have to book your shuttle time but this is probably a good idea to stop people pushing in. Although the hotel provides a ski room we rented a locker (10 € / day) next to the gondola so we could walk back to the hotel (10min downhill) after some après in Soldeu in comfy shoes. Hotel provides a buffet breakfast and dinner, the chef obviously puts allot of work into presenting an extensive range of good quality food but like other reviewers this is let down as it is not very hot. We think a the combination of the hotplate and china dishes are a bad design and the hotel needs to add hot lamps above some of the dishes.

Breakfast was a little disappointing but the dinner was very good. Location a little way from the centre of Soldeu but good shuttle service.

OK rooms, unusable internet, horrible food
summary: this "4 star hotel" does not compare to the 4 star hotels I have previously stayed at in Andorra La Vella such as Holiday Inn, Arts Hotel, etc. Some aspects would qualify but in general it's more like a 3-star property. Location: it's 2km from the ski slope, you have to go uphill. Unless you are very strong and determined, and enjoy walking long distances in ski boots, you will need to use your car to go to the slopes. This can be a real issue if it's been snowing, as the uphill drive is difficult or impossible without chains (it's a 9% grade), and there is only one parking at the ski station, it's underground, and you can't enter it with chains on. I'm not sure if you enjoy mounting and dismounting chains twice daily just to drive 2km, probably, this is not fun.... you can leave the car at the hotel, and use the shuttle, but you have to reserve in advance the timeslots, and it fills up (if you're running late, you could get left). also the shuttle in the afternoon only runs from 3:30PM on, so if you are tired skiing earlier, you are also stuck. if you leave the car at the hotel you may still have to deal with the chains problem because their underground parking is across a snowy bridge, and down an icy ramp, and how are you going to get down or up this ramp without chains, and then you can't have chains on inside the parking. You can try to leave the car on the bridge with chains on, if there's room (which is free), but if you're unlucky and it snows you could get

Excellent ski hotel for family with(out) kids!
Nice comfortable hotel with convenient shuttle service (although just 500 meters). Room was spacy and restaurant was nice and convenient with kids. Spa was a bonus!

Séjour très agréable surtout le fait de pouvoir profiter du SPA, HAMMAN et SAUNA après les marches en montagne. Déjeuner très copieux et complet. On n'a jamais diner à l'hotel car nous avons préféré aller dans les restaurants de Soldeu

Hôtel agréable. Mériterait d'être rénové.
le personnel et le service très professionel. L'hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Les chambres, les fenêtres: aucune isolation. l 'eau ruisselle sur les vitres et le long du mur tapisserie et au sol. Rideaux noirs de moisissure. Douche à rénover.Structure Spa besoin aussi d'une bonne rénovation (carrelage se décolle et jets jacuzzi cassés. dangereux ). Malgré tout hôtel agréable et très bien situé.

Nice buffet dinner, and a very nice "crew" in the restaurant! The spa was a bit disappointing. Noisy, dark, actually a little cold despite the fact that it was very hot outside.

Reposant et cocooning
Installation dans notre chambre très confortable avant d’aller se détendre au spa. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux avec du personnel attentionné comme à l’accueil d’ailleurs. Un seul bémol peut être : l’hôtel mériterait un vrai restaurant pour dîner plutôt qu’un principe de buffet.

Es lo que iba buscando "TRANQUILIDAD Y DESCANSO"
Hotel, para mi gusto de los mejores que he estado en Andorra, por su comodidad,tranquilidad,trato con el personal excelente,limpieza. Sin duda es lo que iba buscando un hotel que sea tranquilo,su zona de Spa,es sencilla,pero esa sencillez hace que estés más ha gusto.En mi estancia pude disfrutrar plenamente del Spa,dado que no había niños y eso se valora (sin molestar a los padres que tienen hijos ) ya que ese bullicio hace que no te relajes. El trato con el personal fue excelente,muy atentos a los clientes en todo momento y te daban soluciones a posibles incidentes.

Välskött fint hotell**** till bra pris.
Mycket fin service av trevlig,kunnig,charmant personal. Utmärkt för skidåkare, gratis busservice till kabinbanan i Soldeu, låsbart skåp för skidor, Hotellet ger 10% på utmärkt skidhyra hos Shusski, gratis spa/gym, mycket god frukost och middagsbuffé (halvpension23,50 euro). Soldeu är bästa skidåkningen i Andorra. Rekommenderar "Andbus" från Barcelona till hotellet i Soldeu Directbus Andorra stoppar i Andorra laVella. Då tillkommer taxiresa (20-30 euro för hotellet i Soldeu).
