"This was a perfect location near gas stations, highway, fast food and groceries. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property was quiet and perfect for a single lady traveling alone. It felt safe. No homeless or drug addicts hanging around. You will see them at the Redding city hall. There used to be a neat sculpture park there. I wouldn’t recommend visiting it now. It’s an affordable, safe and conveniently located place to stay in Anderson, CA."

"Only a year old & the concept of having a full fridge with full freezer & ice maker as well as a 2-burner stove very nice. No provided hot breakfast not a big deal to me as a solo traveler but may be to some. But several fast-food restaurants within a quarter mile. I did see quite a few beggars at most area intersections including the McDonald's parking lot if that concerns anyone."

"This place was just wonderful! We stopped here for a halfway point to LA for one night. We grilled a lovely dinner on the patio with the gas bbq. The home had everything we needed/wanted and more. The Oster’s aren’t kidding when they say ALL the amenities and everything they provide and have done to this special place was done thoughtfully and with care. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Osters!"
