Lake Front home with private dock, kayaks, & more

This gorgeous Lake Front “Home away from home “ is centrally located between Anderson and Clemson on Lake Hartwell. This spacious lake home with beautiful views from 2 decks has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 10 guests. From beautiful decor to recreational equipment, we’re working to ensure your vacation to be memorable & carefree. There are 3 smart TV’s with Roku allowing you to access your personal streaming accounts. There are outside security cameras located at the front & back of house and at garages for the protection of the property and our guests. The nearby boat landing is within walking distance of the house. Many neighbors in the community utilize the road to enjoy an afternoon stroll. The house is set back from the main road. The driveway allows room for guests to park several vehicles, as well as a specific parking for boats and trailers. We can also provide gated parking and electric for your bass boats! On the main floor, the living room has a beautiful fireplace. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, keurig coffee pot, silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and dish towels. Off the kitchen is a dining room and a laundry room with washer, dryer and second refrigerator. The master bedroom features a king bed with a master bath. There is a hall bath and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a hall bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full bed and two twins. To enjoy the lake view, the screened in porch provides guests with a comfortable seating area. Just off of the screened in porch is an open deck with a gas grill. The home has a expansive detached back deck that has a nice covered area for relaxing and an open area for gathering and listening to music.

Provided for your stay is fun outdoor recreational equipment. This includes life jackets ranging from your sizes to adult, water floats, a wagon to help transport your lake day materials, the traditional southern game of corn hole, and two kayaks. Just down the hill from the house is the private dock on deep water where you can spend your day relaxing on the water, swimming, laying in the sun, boating, fishing, and kayaking. We have provided outdoor seating that remains on the dock. Feel free to jump in for a nice swim or ease into the water using the ladder that extends into the lake. The boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie their boat on either side of the dock. If you want to rent a boat try Clemson Marina or Upstate Boat rentals. For fishermen we are convienently located near Green Pond boat landing. Our family has enjoyed countless summers at Lake Hartwell and we hope that Lake Place provides your party with plenty of amazing memories. We look forward to booking with you!
