Three floors -- ground floor game room and TV center; main floor kitchen, deck, fireplace and 2 bedrooms; upper loft main bedroom and day bed (sleeps 2). Deck is screened in, with tables and chairs for dining or just hanging out. Washer and dryer available for use. Cabin located on very quiet street, five minutes from main shopping area. Lake access is minutes away at multiple locations. I could tell people who stayed before had a child bc milk splatter on benches and a sippycup with old milk was in a drawer. To top it off we were supposed to remove the linens from beds and i had slept in an big old pee spot. The matress in the master didnt have a mattress cover! Very quiet and peaceful. The cabin itself is similar to the others within the area. This individual cabin needs maintenance. It was dirty. It doesn't have the best layout on the main floor for a group as it really only seats two people in the comfortable chairs and the TV is small. The downstairs has a larger hangout space, but we could never get the TV system to work, and it was much colder. Overall, it was a good place to stay but could have been more comfortable for a group. First of all, the screened in porch was covered in dead bees. Also, the house could really use a deep cleaning. There was dog hair and heavy amounts of dust around the furniture and corners. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty upon our arrival. Overgrown plants covered the walkway and a few of the outdoor steps felt like they were rotting. It looks better in photo but very comfortable. The bonfire is a plus. There is not much to do walking distance but 25-45 min away of different waterfalls. Would be nice to have at least shampoo in the bathrooms. ##### RODRIGO G.
