She is located 2 kms from the oyster port, the city center and the Basin beach where you can swim safely at high tide. Placed at the end of a dead-end street, you will enjoy the calm and sounds of nature. It is composed of: 81 m2 habitable 1 bedroom master suite with 140 cm bed, garden view, walk-in closet, private bathroom and small office area 1 double room with a 140 cm bed and garden view 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm wide) 1 bathroom accessible from the children's room or the double room. 1 Independent Bathroom a cozy living room overlooking the terrace an open kitchen connected to the dining room a beautiful raised wooden terrace (caution, no railing) a lovely tree-lined and enclosed garden, with no overlooking neighbors, with Charcoal Barbecue, basketball hoop and trampoline. Andernos les bains is a city of over 12,000 inhabitants that lives all year round, with 1 cinema, a covered public swimming pool, 1 skate park, 1 city stadium, several playgrounds for children, a climbing wall, a laser game... You can stroll along the pedestrian street to shop, eat an ice cream or a crepe, walk on the pier (the longest in France offering a unique panorama of the Basin, the Tchanquées cabins, the bird island...) or eat oysters in one of the multiple tastings at the port. The natural site of Quinconces and will also liquidate to discover the fauna and flora of the Arcachon Basin and walk to Arès. On the Basin side, you will find a multitude of small beaches between Arès and Andernos, but you will have to wait for high tide to swim, except at the Saint Brice Lake (Arès), a small water retention area in the basin, which allows swimming regardless of the tide. With children, you will love the Betey beach (Andernos), where you can enjoy a children's playground directly on the beach, taste ice cream, crepes... in the small beach snack bar, have a picnic in the shade of pine trees and swim at high tide.
