You have direct access to the beach via a small street about 50 meters in front of the residence (the sea is visible from the apartment entrance). Just 50 meters away, you will find the lively and charming pedestrian street of Andernos, ideal for strolling with its shops, entertainment, and many seafront restaurants. The accommodation includes: \- An entrance and a small utility room with washing machine \- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and large basin \- A separate toilet \- A living room with a dining area and table for 4 people, a lounge area with sofa, coffee table, TV (Wi-Fi included via fiber), large silent ceiling fan. A second bed is available in the living room thanks to a sofa bed (140 cm, real mattress for optimal comfort) \- A separate and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, various dishes) Bed linen and towels: They are not included but can be rented directly from your host.
