"Our rental was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The property had much to offer as far as activities and things to do. The broken heater to the indoor pool limited our swimming, since the cold outside air was blowing through via the vent fans in the ceiling. Our refrigerator didn't cool our food and drinks very much, nor the freezer produced ice for us."

"Everything was wonderful the only negative is the master bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned and back of commode needed to be wiped off. Everything else was wonderful and we plan on coming back next year around the same time. Thank you!"

"Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. There is also construction on site at times. The place seemed newly renovated which was nice. The issues above didn't prevent us from having a solid stay but just worth being aware of before you book "

"What a View! The house was nice; definitely dated. Kitchen had a variety of pots pans ect! Outside shower didn’t work so it was hard to keep sand out of the house. We did our bestParking is okay! We would rent again!"

"My wife and I drove south in search or warmer temps and this house in Atlantic Beach was the perfect destination. The house was clean and had everything we needed, was walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and in the perfect location. Would definitely return!"

"Lovely location on the beach. Inside is much larger than how it appears from the street. It’s an older beach house that has been partly remodeled. The kitchen is small but well stocked with what you need for food prep. "
