This well appointed 575 sq ft mother-in-law is located on the beautiful Hillside of Anchorage. It is immaculate, quiet, and has a lovely, somewhat rustic, location with an amazing view. Close to hiking trails and the perfect starting point for heading south to the Kenai Peninsula, Seward, Homer etc. or north to Denali as you are only a few miles from the main highway heading North or South. The entire private space is all yours. Your own deck and access to the shared back patio with fire pit if you’d like. Totally available anytime... love to answer questions and provide suggestions. Somewhat rustic, rural. Secluded feel, but close to grocery and restaurants. Wildlife is sighted often. Car is needed. You’re going to love it!! THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING OR VAPING inside the House. This is a non-smoking property. \- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, this applies to both drugs and Internet activity (file sharing, etc). \- No parties, no overnight guests without prior approval. \- If you use the kitchen, please clean up any spills and splatter you create while cooking and place your used plates & silverware into the dishwasher.
