The carpet upstairs was in rough shape and should be replaced. The hot & cold water was switched around on many of the faucets (including the washing machine so be aware that if you think you're washing colors in cold/cold it's actually HOT/HOT!). The main floor is nicely updated and was very comfortable for hanging out it. We walked the neighborhood several times and felt comfortable with our surrounds. ##### Judy S.
