Walkable to downtown, or an easy drive to access restaurants, Coastal Trial, biking, running, walking and shopping! We have participated the last 2 years in the Anchorage Runfest. Perfect place to stay for the Runfest. The host is awesome. Very responsive and great communication. This says it all, we checked out to go to Seward for 3 days and as we packed to return to Anchorage we both said it will be great to get back home(her apartment) Johanna makes you feel like you are at home! We loved how quick it was to access the Creek Trail to the Coastal Trail. We did lots of walking. We walked to the REI and grocery store, about 20 minutes and then walked into downtown all 3 days, about 40 minutes by paved trail system and 25 minutes by street sidewalk.
