As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm embrace of timber frame construction, featuring high ceilings and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and tasteful decor that reflects the beauty of the Alaskan landscape.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious meal.   
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed.   
The second sleeping area, or bunk room, offers two cozy twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. Both the main bedroom and bunk room feature comfortable linens and tasteful furnishings to ensure a restful stay.  
After a day on the slopes, or hiking in the mountains, unwind the private deck, surrounded by the stunning Alaskan wilderness. With easy access to world-class skiing, hiking trails, and the charming local restaurants of Girdwood, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable experience.

There are no Pets allowed in the home  
No smoking (including marijuana) or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises  
There are no parties permitted on the premises  
No unregistered guests are permitted overnight  
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity  
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM  
  
Parking: There is free outdoor parking available for 2 vehicles  
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
