This newly renovated, gorgeous townhome boasts incredible views, lots of space, a two car garage, and convenience to start your Alaskan adventure! The space The space includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living room areas, and one large kitchen. This is a 2-level townhouse. There are stairs to go up to the top level and down to the lower level. Guest access Guests have access to the garage. A garage door opener will be provided on the windowsill at the entrance. Please be sure to return this to the same spot at the end of your stay. Guests do not have access to the fireplace, as it is only decorative. We had everything we needed, the furnishings and beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. The property is in a very good location to get to everything in Anchorage, but especially the UAA campus. We were in Anchorage for a graduation at UAA, so it was perfect. It was very windy and pretty cold when we were here and due to old windows etc, the upstairs was a bit chilly sometimes, which was the only drawback. That being said, the property comes with a garage which is available for use, so we could keep our car inside. So all things considered, I would certainly stay here again and have no problem recommending. The host was very responsive and said that they were working on getting the windows/doors replaced.
