Very friendly staff and the rooms were very big. Odd light switch locations though in the rooms and the sofa was not very comfortable. But the beds were great as was the pool. Overall it was a very good place to stay and the location was good, short drive to everything

The staff was absolutely amazing!! The hotel is still under renovations. The elevator definitely needs an upgrade. Great breakfast options. Pool was clean. Good lobby. Fun bar.

Decent hotel to stay. Staff are smiling and friendly, despite the cold weather. Unfortunately, it’s -17 outside and very dry here and this hotel doesn’t offer small complimentary lotions. That’s a first! Breakfast buffet (similar to a typical continental breakfast) is $17. There’s a Starbucks inside the lobby, which was great. I also used the hot tub/spa since it was so cold out and the pool area was very clean and nice. I would stay here again.

We got two towels even though we booked a room for 3 people. For a hotel by the airport you would think they would do better soundproofing but all night you just heard people slamming doors and chatting up and down the hallway. There was nothing but 1 hook to hang anything on in the bathroom. It was an odd set up. Springhill by Marriott just slightly across town is hands down MUCH better. Stay there.

There were bugs in the room; woke up with huge itchy welts and when I showed the reception the manager assured me that they will change the bedsheets and check thoroughly. Since I was travelling for work, I believed the manager and left for work, when I came back, the bed was stripped, however the old bedsheets and everything else was left on the sofa in the room and I was not given replacements. The day I checked out, I woke up and a saw a bed bug crawl into the mattress. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Wifi is no good. You need to purchase upgraded connection, but hotel was clean, staff nice and helpful, and decent food and beverage options. Convenient. I would definitely use again.

Had the misfortune of a room full of “thumpers” above me until 3 am. Not much sleep. No fault of the property but still a night of little sleep. Maybe a consideration deposit should be required.

The attendants at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Loved the Starbucks Bistro in the Lobby. Room was clean and l really liked the large shower.

I made a last minute reservation because I didn't like the other place I had booked. This night is going to be a pricey one over all, but it was worth paying another room (other place was non refundable) to stay in a safe and clean place. Thanking God a room was available here!
