Only twenty minutes to Homer the "Halibut Fishing Capital of the World" or twenty minutes to Ninilchik and less than an hour from the Kenai River. Enjoy the privacy of roasting marshmallows over the fire-pit, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy a relaxing sunset. Come relax away from it all. This custom build was recently completed featuring a beautiful kitchen open to the living area. Nine foot ceilings and large windows to let the sunshine in. Covered deck to sit back and enjoy the outdoors whether rain or shine. There are two separate cabins on this property. It was close to the Sterling highway but far enough away that you can't hear the traffic, and only a 20 min. drive to downtown Homer. They had chickens, a duck, and a turkey grazing in the yard nearby in the mornings, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The design is super cute and felt spacious enough with 3 adults, a teen, and a 2 year old; we never felt cramped.
