Maximum occupancy/capacity: 10 guests - at anytime Please read before you book: If you're looking for a luxurious and amazing vacation home, you've found it: ‘’The Neverending Story Home”. The bonus is that you're within walking distance of Disneyland. This home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, approx 2,000 sq. feet with a salt-water Pool and Spa --- and a fantastic waterfall! The first bedroom theme is “Frozen” with queen size bed and 46-inch Smart TV. The Frozen room also has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. The second bedroom theme is “Disney Fairies,” with a queen size bed and a 32-inch Smart TV. The third bedroom theme is “Cars’ with a queen size bed and a 32-inch Smart TV. The fourth bedroom theme is “ Winnie The Pooh” it has 2 twin sizes over full bunk beds. “Winnie The Pooh” room also has a 46-inch SmartTV. TV's located in all bedrooms and living room. The second bathroom with a bathtub is located in the hallway. The living room features a chenille sectional sofa, perfect for the whole family to lounge and watches TV on our full 70-inch Smart TV. Enjoy Netflix, Disney+, Karaoke (with two wireless microphones, Disney Karaoke songs), a beautiful stage, and a LASER LIGHT SHOW. The Large kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. Plates, utensils, cookware, a crock-pot, a rice cooker, a coffee pot, and more - are all available for you to use. A high chair is also provided. Dine indoors or outdoors with a great dining room that seats 10 and a patio dining table and chairs right outside that seats 10\. In the backyard, you will find our AMAZING saltwater pool (5.5ft. max deep) and 3ft spa with a beautiful waterfall, surrounded by palm trees. This fantastic pool has a built-in hot tub that cascades into the pool! It also features a 12 feet long and 16ft wide shallow area, “BAJA STEP, “ for the smaller kids to play and for adults to lounge and sun bait. The kids would love it! The pool and spa areas are gated for your safety. Also, in the backyard, you will find a patio set, BBQ, and a play area with 2 tiny homes, a castle, and outdoor kitchen/dining for the small ones. We provide 2 single strollers, a pack n play, starter toilet paper, starter paper towel, HE starter laundry detergent, hair soap, body wash, and conditioner. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. For your convenience, you will find a helpful welcome packet inside the home. This packet includes information on the remote controls, internet password, pool/spa remote control, and some information about the local area (discounted tickets, lists and maps of local restaurants and grocery stores, Disneyland walk from the home map and more). Waterproof, allergen-proof, and bed bug mattress protectors are on every bed; Everything is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key, so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus, we will make your own personal code, so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The kitchen had ample room for several people to cook at one time. The home was within walking distance to the park which we took advantage of all three days we visited. Everything about the house, the pool and all the accommodations were amazing. The owner was always responsive, quick And so very easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and only a 25 minute walk from downtown Disney gate. The rooms were wonderful and the kids especially loved having TVs in every room. The kitchen was large with many cabinets and all the things we needed to cook family meals. The washer and dryer were especially nice for laundry during the week and I would highly recommend this property. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The kids were thrilled with the bunk bed room and delighted to get to all share the same room. The pool was wonderful, and a huge hit. The waterfall and colored lights were lovely, and the adults appreciated the hot tub after long days at Disney. We walked to Disney each day pushing the kids in strollers, and the location was great. The third bathroom out by the pool was appreciated, as well. The kitchen had so much storage for all our snacks we had for Disney. The pool & outside bathroom were better in person, we all enjoyed it day & night. Two things I was excited for at this house as a mom on vacation,was the fenced toddler area and the laundry area. The house was very close to the park which was awesome as well, as our group was big we drove each day, but loved it was only a couple minute drive. Highly recommend this house, John was great with his communication and they have thought of so much to not stress when you arrive. If you’re traveling with littles don’t stress there is a pack n play, highchair, multiple strollers to choose from to use at the park, all sizes life vests and a bathtub. Even though John and Ana communicated very well, when we reached out, their timing with when we would be able to enter the property was off. (There was an issue with the a/c unit from the previous guests). The whole place seemed a little worse for wear. The disney stickers on the walls were damaged and faded in areas, which gave the whole house a cheap and outdated feel. The buttons for the pool and spa lights worked about 50% of the time. The repairs that had been done throughout the house were done cheaply. A lot of these problems could be fixed with some updated photos of the house on the listing so we knew what to expect. The kids we had with us really enjoyed the pool and play areas, those were kept up well. The outdoor bathroom/rinse off area was a life saver and we used that a bunch. It helped having the second bathroom option with 9 people staying there. The kids were not a fan of the walk to the parks though. It is doable, but a lot further after a long park day than we thought it would be. It was nice seeing the fireworks, on the weekends, from the backyard and there was a tv in every bedroom.
