One of the master bedrooms is detached from the house, with its entrance in the patio area. The bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, travertine floors, and custom travertine/marble inlays. The two children's rooms share a full bath in the hallway. The partially open-concept kitchen has granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats ten people, with additional seating at a second table and the kitchen countertop. Adjacent to the kitchen are a half bath and a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The main living room features high-speed wireless internet; all bedrooms have a 47' LCD TV. Through the sliding glass door, there is plenty of space for entertaining in the private rear yard, which includes a beautiful in-ground pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. The game room has ping pong, a pool table, and air hockey. The home also offers strollers, pack-n-plays, booster seats, and high chairs for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The property is a short walk to Disney and the Disney tram. The home has central air and heat. Our home lets you watch the Disney fireworks from the back and front yards. This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. Beautiful home in great location! The home has 3 master suites, so it was perfect for our growing family. Close to Disney, which is what we wanted. The living room was great, and kitchen was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. We used one of their available strollers in the park- a real blessing. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the third master suite, as it had to be accessed from the outside by the pool, and we didn't have a third adult couple to stay in it. Rooms were clean and bonus was having so many bathrooms. The two primary suites were a plus. My husband and I stayed in the casita where the second primary suite was giving us a quiet space away from the kids. Hot tub was amazing and heated up quickly when we were ready to use it. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. The Pool alarms took a bit of getting used to but were comforting having since we had 3 toddlers on our stay. We ended up driving to Disney since we felt the long walk home would be tiring after a full day at the park. All in all the house was perfect for our needs. ##### Shantel F. Property management has some work to do. We are Premier Hosts on Vrbo and manage our own listing. If guests are experiencing a challenge or have a question, 12-36 hour response time is challenging and frustrating, especially given that guests are required to report any issues within 8 hours of check-in. ##### Connie S. Great clean space. Very nice pool and hot tub. We always love the properties from this company. Comfortable beds, plenty of things in the kitchen, pool towels.
