This six-bedroom, three-bathroom home has three Cal-King beds, one queen bed, and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. Beautiful scraped hardwood floors run throughout the house. The Cal-King Master bedroom has upgraded on-suite Marble countertops, a travertine tile floor, and a custom tile-designed shower. The Queen bedroom and a Cal-King Bedroom shared a Jack 'N Jill bathroom. This shower/tub combo bathroom has an upgraded marble countertop, upgraded hardware, and tile floors. The last Cal-King Master bedroom and two children's rooms share the final Jack n' Jill bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 47' LCD TV. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Two dining tables provide plenty of seating for the whole family, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Beautiful sliding glass doors off the kitchen lead you to the rear yard. In-ground pebble tec pool, with a Baja shelf, jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. A full-size washer and dryer are in the garage for guests' use. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home has central air conditioning and heating. It's a nice short walk to Disney and the Disney Tram. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back or front yards. This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3\. 2 cars in standard-size garage (NO SUVs, NO large trucks, one small car parallel to the garage). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Agree with the other review that the pool alarm is annoying but with a 2 year old I definitely appreciate the need for safety reasons. The beds were super comfortable. It is a perfect location near the convention center and of course Disney. Great kitchen and very spacious. Very clean and comfortable beds. The whole house is very comfy. The only thing we couldn't figure out of was the hot tub but that was totally us. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, pool and spas worked beautifully. The home was only a 6 minutes drive from Disneyland. If you have young children, i would recommended.this home. It has 5 strollers, 2 high chairs and life jackets for the kids to use at the pool. Very relaxing to come back from the park and use the pool and see the fireworks. ##### Stephanie R. The kids loved the pool, and the beds were comfortable. The only negative I have is it may be a 1/2 mile walk from Disney, but it's not a feasible walk with kiddos. We thought for sure we would walk back and forth to Disney but ended up taking two ubers multiple times per day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay. They had Multiple strollers and high chairs and a pack n play which made it so nice I didn’t have to pack mine. Beds were comfortable. The pool does not have a gate, it has an alarm on the back door which takes some getting used to. It’s very loud so you will know every time the door is opened, unless you press the bypass button first, which Small kids can not reach. Garage had parking and we fit our Yukon xl just fine. Used strollers for our “food baby” and younger ones with tired legs after long days at the park, wished there were plastic containers for bringing food into park- but grateful for the stroller- well beyond “stroller age” Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, although it is listed as heated, and is not unless you push a series of improperly labeled buttons. The beds were very accommodating for our party, some are more comfortable than others- so worth inspecting prior to choosing which is right for you. You can see the Disney fireworks best from the front lawn. The layout and number of rooms and beds was perfect, allowing our 2 families to spread out if needed. The littles enjoyed gaming in the bunk bed room since there’s a TV in every bedroom. Good table space for family meals. Pool and hot tub with water features were very nice. The child safety alarm on the sliding door to the pool took some getting used to - works best to hold for a second or two to get the light flashing before opening. We used the grill. It got really hot and stayed hot. Still able to get the steaks done nicely. The coffee maker uses cone-shaped filters, of which there weren’t any, but we made it work with the many other ones that were there. We locked ourselves out the first day. It was very easy to get assistance to get back in. (Don’t use the metal dead bolt locks. If you do, make sure to push in the bottom button on the edge of the door. Otherwise the door will lock and the code won’t work.) The property management and maintenance team were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice house! ##### Diane P.
