All fully equipped and stocked with toaster, blender, mixer, and coffee pot. Everything you can do for a comfortable family meal around the dinner table or relaxing in the spacious living room. When you make the reservation for this house that is a great value for the number of rooms you get. I am sure that it is something you won’t want to miss out on those wonderful family memories. Below is a list of concerns we had after a four night stay at this property:- Electrical outlets didn’t work- Majority of light switches didn’t work- Kitchen sliding door didn’t lock easily - Linens and blankets had old urine and other stains on them- Backyard was full of cobwebs and debris- Fountain hadn’t been cleaned in some time. There were an abundance standing water in the fountain causing mosquitos to thrive - Standing room fans didn’t work properly; they were loud and malfunctioned- Hot tub was not clean and had sand along all the seatsThe biggest red flag of this whole trip was that the owner showed up unannounced to enter the property. We had just gotten back to the property and had the garage door open. A man entered the garage claiming to be the owner and asked if he could enter the house to check the AC filter. We hesitated but said yes, and followed him into the house. The “owner” entered the house to check the filter. He presented a clean filter to us saying there was nothing to clean after all. He then put the filter back and left via the front door, not before peeking into each room on the way out. He then messed with the front lock, claiming he was “checking it.” We confronted him and explained that showing up unannounced with no communication was unprofessional and worrisome. Our infant daughter stayed with us. My mother stayed with us. How would she have reacted if we weren’t back to the property and he just ent ##### Fletcher H. Shower you have to hold sprayer to shower. Only 1 dryer works. Waffle maker handle broken cut myself sharp. Lights keep going off. Restrooms so small. No drawers to put clothes. Bunk beds mattress hard. Microwave takes 5 minutes to 1 minutes of cooking not enough power in the whole house. Rooms very tight space. Very outdated. Positive quiet. It’s clean, organize, neat and a big property. It has lots of room for all my adults children. My family and I had enjoyed swimming in the decent sized of pool. There are lots of cleaned towels and blankets. The garage is big enough for two cars. The garage has two washing machines and two dryers. The garage is filled with children’s equipments like strollers and car seats. I would highly recommend this property for tourists and vacationers. ##### Lyne I. Rented this property for the private pool but it was a ice cube and the landlord refused to heat it at all making it useless. There is NO pool... only ice pond. The landscaping seems to be maintained, but why advertise an unheated swimming pool with an unusable diving board, and a disgusting hot tub that is clearly not maintained as amenities? Perhaps the owner isnt aware but should be. I own a hot tub which is maintained weekly and it has never looked milky like this one. The outdoor foosball table is rusty and the furniture and decor are overused, old and outdated. Strongly suggest renovation and a more modern decor. Luckily, our group was busy so we weren't at the house much. Functional but rather disappointing. Wouldn't stay here again. ##### Karen C. It is very spacious onside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub are a hit with the kids. One thing changed from our previous stay: the bunk beds were moved from the office room into the master bedroom. We did not like this change. I'd reccomend putting at least a sleeper soafa in that small room for better sleeping arrangements. The house is a bit dated and could use a deep clean in the nooks and cranies. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the parking lots. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for 5 adults. We didn’t use the pool or outside eating area, but they looked nice.
