Pool/Spa Open concept main living floor with full kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine backsplash & custom cabinets—dining room with seating for 4 with additional seating at the granite countertop bar. The family room has a Sectional Sofa with a sleeper sofa. 47' LCD TV. Hi-Speed wireless Internet. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer, dryer for guest use, and a half bath. The bedrooms are on the second floor—one Cal-King master bedroom with en-suite and a children's room with a full-over-full bunk bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedrooms have upgraded carpet, and the rest of the home has laminate hardwood floors. All bedrooms have 43-inch TVs. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. There are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for your infant and toddler. The home has central air and heat. There is a BBQ grill with a patio set on the back patio. This community has several pools and a children's playground and is about a 5-minute walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way. This house SLEEPS 6 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 7 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 1\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. Literally across the street from downtown Disney. Perfect for a family of 5-6, and cheaper than two hotel rooms while giving you a lot more space, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, pool, etc. This exemplifies what VRBO is all about. ##### David E. The unit was clean and had the basic supplies ready. Unit was updated but could have used some work with the fine details. Outside of the complex needs some updated, but area felt very safe to walk around. Pool and hot tub were a great place to relax. We took advantage of an extra service offered to have groceries delivered to the unit and placed in the kitchen before our arrival. That was AMAZING and time saver. The property is as described, but could use some deep cleaning and some repair. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the property.
