Clean and close to Disney

We enjoyed the house; very clean and large for 8 people staying. Bunks were great for kids and tvs in all rooms was convenient. The pool was nice although parts of it are crumbling into the pool - hurts when you step on them! The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. One photo does have a volleyball net pictured which I think was just for photos (owners said they never had one). The one floaty (unicorn) would not hold air. Overall, a nice place and very comfortable.

Great for families with kids

Our family of older adults found our stay here very pleasant and comfortable. It’s very well stocked and situated for families with children with the pool and pool toys, games room, etc. Disneyland is a short Uber drive away. The neighborhood feels clean and safe. The photos in the listing were very well staged — we found the actual furnishings and amenities to be a bit simpler and austere in comparison, though still comfortable enough for our purposes. It feels very much geared towards families with children.

Great property in a nice neighborhood near Disney!

Really great house that has been updated with new fixtures and furniture. We had a group of 10 with dogs staying here during the NYE holiday. Plenty of room for all of us to prepare and share meals. Great back yard with a pool (too cold to swim in December).Neighborhood is in a quiet residential area. You'd almost don't realize how close to Disneyland you are (until you hear the fireworks every night). Area felt safe and clean. We could walk the dogs at night and the neighbors were friendly.A bit too far to walk to the Disney parks, but a quick 10 min drive (pending traffic) to the lot or drop off. Also a quick drive to Target or restaurants that aren't packed with tourists and are a lot cheaper.We'd definitely consider staying here in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Stay for Family Reunion at Disneyland

We have stayed at other VRBOs near Disneyland, and this has been far and away the best. It was perfect for our needs. Well maintained, clean, great location, everything you expect from a VRBO. I would highly recommend this place and will try to stay here again the next time we travel to Disneyland.

Great Disney Getaway

This property was perfect for our family get together for the Thanksgiving holiday !! We had elementary thru teen kids and lacked for nothing, loved the ping pong and pool and TV access. The house was fully stocked with plenty of linens , dishes, toys, everything we needed being from out of town. The home is spotless and in excellent condition . We enjoyed walking to downtown Disney every day and the near by park. The pool can only be heated to 82 degrees so just know that during the chilly months may not be warm enough at times but we were able to work with that. Cannot recommend this property and company enough!

This place was awesome! So close to disneyland & adventure city. The house was clean & provided everything we needed plus some! There was cleaning supplies toys games coffee & more. Little bummed the pool heater didnt work for us. Definitely recommend!!

Better than advertised

Property was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for a ton of activities, and plenty of things to enjoy at the house during down time. A/c in the garage/game room worked great, and the pool was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Clean and modern home with super easy drive/access to Disneyland. Bonus was being able to see the nightly Disneyland fireworks from the homes front lawn. Backyard areas could use a little sprucing up but pool was welcomed, and inside was clean and ample for our immediate/extended family ages 2-70. Nice place and recommend to other for their Disneyland stay.

I wish that there would have been more condiments available, I have stayed at many places and it's nice not to have to buy those items, we left alot when we left but when we arrived there was very little. We wanted to open a coconut but no hammer and we wanted to swat the files that came in after 3 kids left the door open but no flyswatter-I would recommend those as being available. The sleeping accomodations were great as was the neighborhood and the garage with gaming. Outdoor area for eating was lovely. We always try to leave a place as clean as we found it but we brooms, ect were a little lacking.

Excellent property

We had a wonderful stay here. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. Highlights for us were the games room and pool. We also really appreciated a well stocked kitchen with all the basics you would need for an easy stay. Actually everything was easy - contact free checkin, contact with Kathy via text whilst we were there, good communication with Trevor during the months before check in, plenty of towels, linen etc. It couldn't have been better. Excellent location to Disney. We got around using Ubers which was fine. Target supermarket just a mile down the road. We weren't bothered by the signs and cameras about noise at all. It was nice to sit and have a quiet coffee by the pool in the morning and by 10pm at night we were tired from the day so were more than happy to go inside and do our own thing. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

The best vacation rental experience

My family loves staying in vacation rentals, and in all our years this is the best one. They have truly thought of every detail that you’d need during your stay and made sure to provide it. The kids loves the game room and the pool. I loved cooking in the kitchen (it had everything you could possibly need). The place was absolutely spotless and taken care of. The location is perfect. We were 5 minute drive from Disneyland. This was the absolutely perfect house for our Disneyland vacation.

Very close to Disney

Very convenient to Disney - we were able to take a break during our days at the park, come back to play in the pool, relax and then go back for evening; house very comfortable for large group; disney fireworks are not completely visible (not at all to short people); pool cleaning comes twice a week and yard maintenance once a week - a little inconvenient during our stay - but keeps property clean and tidy.

When we showed up the cleaners were still there and cleaned for 2 hours Management company is unresponsive and when you finally do talk to someone they are rude and not helpful and leave you on hold for hours to avoid you Many issues with the house and customer service. All I can say is do not rent here We had max amount of people that are allowed at house and they said we had a party Also the neighbors are Karen’s and harassed us every time we were outside Seems like the neighbors don’t want the rental there and doing the most to make it bad for the guests and the management company too over it even want to help or deal with it. Currently opening an investigation with vrbo as we were treated so terrible and we’re not helped

Comfortable and Clean

We met our adult children and 2 grands for vacation.The home is easy to find, beautiful safe neighborhood. The pool is clean and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked and laundry facilities clean and modern. The bedding is upscale and clean. Plenty of towls with extra for pool time. This is a beautiful home with fantastic, comfortable clean furnishings. We loved our time here.

Good location

Good location, good layout of house for a large family vacation. Close to Disneyland. Very well stocked with household items that you would need on vacation. Reason of rating of 4 is did not appreciate having to give a credit card just before arrival after paying fulling for rental. We are retired professional couple that have rented under VRBO for many years and also had one in Hawaii and have never had this happen. Usually a damage deposit would be sufficient. Another reason for a 4 all the security cameras on all doors going out the back of the house says you are being watched. Not sure if that is illegal but not where we are from. Also so many signs that says no noise between 9pm and 10am. On morning we had under our bedroom window a weed eater cutting the neighbours lawn at 7:30 am so not sure what the noise regulations are for everyone. Also in the main bathroom a sign that stated the cost of replacement for towels. One of the things that comes with running a rental is wear and tear. You are going to have at times items broken, stained which you need to replace but not at the guests costs.

Property is owned by a very commercial operation House is generally well equipped and good layout for 7 adults and two small childrenParking is not good for more than one car as it has a long single drive Although we were told we could park one car on street We only did so for about 2 hours when trying to get a second car out; unfortunately we were given a $40 parking ticket for street washing on Thursday afternoon which was not indicated on any info received or on street signs We paid many dollars for pool heating but had none for first 3 days until pool contractor showed up There was instructions to turn a red lever to circulate water before heating pool but finally discovered it is in a locked box We also discovered pool heating is on a timer which shuts off at night and does not come on until after 9 am so water was at 60 degrees until afternoon Biggest problem was being assessed a $170 fine by landlord to replace two sheets and a mattress protector which you could buy on Amazon for about $70 We acknowledged a small dime sized blood stain on one sheet but other large stain was nothing we recognize We felt we should receive date stamped pictures and invoices justifying this charge Anyways we had no recourse to reverse this charge except dispute it with VRBO and after registering it with them never heard from them again and the charge went through Will seriously consider dealing with VRBO again as this is not the way any hotel would deal with their clients

Beautiful home, nice eighborhood, lots of rules/regulations, pool NOT heated, additional charges

A few important issues and details below, but overall beautiful home, clean, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood, and speedy communication with Kim and the property management company. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however a few things to note: - property run by property management company and feels like it. After you book and pay, they then require you to sign an additional "Anaheim Rental Agreement" that basically requires your info and credit card in case they want to charge you for anything else, which they did charging us $100 for a broken double sided makeup mirror valued at ~$20. The $100 charge was for "handyman work to patch the wall" because a replacement was not exact? We communicated that we did not break the mirror, and given it being double-sided may have been missed at the previous cleaning/walkthrough prior to our stay. That didn't matter, I was still charged for it. - "Heated pool" was not heated and would not heat above 62 degrees the entire time we were there. Also you have to turn off the heater overnight, which makes it hard to enjoy a "heated" pool. - Prices of home goods are listed around the home including $5 for damaged wash clothes. They will charge you. - Excessive warnings and regulations, for example, you cannot use the game room, pool or even be in the backyard after 10 (apparently Anaheim county rules) - Signs posted around the property stating "you are being monitored and filmed" with cameras in the front and backyards. Overall, we had a nice trip however not quite the home away from home feeling we were hoping for with all the video monitoring, rules and regulations, lack of functioning amenities and extra charges. The best thing about it was Kimberly who was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and did let us check in a little early. Thank you Kimberly.

This house is fabulous!

This house is adorable and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay! While the set up of the house is amazing and perfect for many scenarios, it is the thoughtfulness of the host that truly makes it incredible! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need.....we love charcuterie and there is a large wooden board that was PERFECT, lots of serving platters/bowls, glassware, cookware, even starter snacks! The bathrooms were all stocked with toilet paper (not all hosts do that!), soap, cotton balls, Qtips, etc. The backyard has lemon and orange trees full of citrus, that was fun. The pool was relaxing to sit around and while we didn't use the garage entertainment (pool table, corn hole, ping pong), it was a perfect place to have fun. We didn't have kids with us, but there was a high chair and other 'kid stuff' there also. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to be close to Disney with family (would be perfect for two families with 2 kids each.....2 'master' rooms and 2 other bedrooms with bunks in each) or there for a convention. It was only 5-7 minutes for us to get to the convention enter or to Disney. Would absolutely stay here again! If you're looking in Anaheim, don't look any further!
