I appreciated the abundant free breakfast, the pleasant interactions with staff, and no strong cleaning odors. The temperature was just right and all was very clean. I was impressed that the lock on the room door was not the typical old one that some have discovered how to enter. I felt very safe. Thank you and great job with attention to detail. My family and I will to be there again in the future.

We loved this property! We started and ended our trip to California here and I can't say enough good things about the property and the staff. Shontaria at the front desk even remembered me by my first name from our first stay 5 days previous! With the number of guests they had staying here, that's super impressive!

Super convenient and breakfaat included was a plus as we were able to eat easily with the family before Disneyland. Only gripe I have is the lady who checked us in was not only rude, but miserably hated her job. We had multiple families checking in, so it wasn't just me who experieced it and had the same feelings. I know its just a hotel check in but she did a great job at making us feel unwelcome or we were a major inconvenience to her. Other than that, its super quiet, pool area great. Room was great and the suite style was perfect to have with our little ones.

Pool was too cold. Should be heated. Never let us check in early said would call at 4 but no one did. We didn’t get checked in till 430. We stayed here 8 years ago and it was better. Will find another place to stay next time.

First off what we did enjoy were the very comfortable beds and pillows!! I was pretty disappointed in the room ventilation and the amount of plugs that worked. 3 of the lamps wouldn’t work due to the plugs not having power. We had 1 plug to use for our charging station which wasn’t near the bed. Overall was pretty overpriced for having no air in our room and inadequate lighting

Nice stay in Anaheim. Proximity to Toy Story parking for Disney a plus. Hotel was clean and well maintained, very nice continental breakfast, friendly staff. We had a 2 queen suite with a kitchenette- full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range and microwave, awesome and well stocked. Room space and layout was great! Great pool area and basketball court, lots of space to hang out. Nice Laundry facility. Downside- mattresses need replaced, 3 device maximum on WiFi, having to scan out of the parking lot was annoying, especially at checkout (I get scanning in). Overall, would definitely stay again, hopefully with mattress replacement

It’s not as nice as it looks in the pictures but it’s fine. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Pool area was pretty nice. They lied about having a bar. There’s no bar!!!! Only social hour with wine and beer on Wednesday nights. Otherwise nothing. Close to Disneyland and restaurants.

Staff and services are excellent! Breakfast good. Walking distance to Disney shuttles, walgreens, restaurants, cvs etc... Beds were very uncomfortable for the adults. Scratchy bedding, hard beds and flat pillows. Me and hubby shared the bed 1st night, I tried the pull out couch the next night, and hubby tried the pull out couch the last two nights. Meh... This place is affordable, conveniently located, excellent staff but needs a remodel with regard to bedding and comfort. I won't choose this hotel again unless they do a remodel, but I do recommend it for everything else. Happy travels!

We showed a little early but they checked us in and we hung out with staff. The front desk staff were so good with our kids and Nader hem comfortable. Great place we will be back.

As Always Homewood Suite room condition is perfect with full kitchen. don't need to buy ART ticket but can take Toy Story Parking lot Shuttle bus instead. Breakfast included. nothing bad.

In enjoyed my stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Anaheim. The hotel is located perfectly for the Convention Centre. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel looks somewhat dated and could do with some refurbishment. Although the image shows a kitchenette in the room, there is a microwave and a fridge but no plates and cutlery. Coffee and tea was always available in the lobby. I loved the swimming pool; the gym is on the small side for such a large hotel.

The hotel it self was clean. Breakfast was the best part plus the pool. I do recommend the hotel to fix the little things like the rugs in the room were coming off on the corners and upgrade the sofa bed.
