When we arrived to our room one of the beds was not done, the toilet was not flushing correctly; we had to wait a a couple times for the water to fill in order to flush, the metal cover for our AC vent was off, and we had no hot water in our shower.

Additional $30 daily fee for parking is outrageous especially when there’s security and signs that are posted around stating the property is not responsible for theft to any vehicle-then what’s the purpose of the parking fees? The amount we pay for renting for a couple days and they still want to charge $7 for a water bottle? My husband found an empty alcohol bottle under the mattress and the shower valve/faucet is backwards (cold is hot and hot is cold) the vent does not work in the bathroom. Breakfast was not complimentary. I like how the kids bedroom was separate from the master bed, the bed was comfortable.

Room was not clean, tiles were broken in the shower. There was writing all underneath the children's bunk bed with certain foul language and the children's bunk beds both had stains and food crumbs on the bed. Not what we expected traveling as a family. I will give props to the Front Desk staff because they were really nice and helpful, but I do not see myself returning to this property.

Nice pool and hot tub with restaurant unfortunately not open Monday and Tuesdays. Hot tub jets button was missing so I couldn't turn it on and it was full of sand like a beach in the corners. The water was nice a clear. Room was good only issue was the fridge had a high pierced whine so I had to turn it off . No coffee cups left for the coffee maker. Front staff was great and friendly and quick.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary cucumber/lemon water and the hot mulled cider provided for guest in the lobby each day and night. At check-in the front desk staff were very accommodating and made sure our whole family was together on the same floor. Very prompt service if you needed anything i.e. The coffee maker in our room was not working properly, i phoned down to the front desk and they sent someone up with a new one within half an hour. Great service! The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient, had a variety of food choices, along with a sports bar to sit and have a drink late at night. The breakfast bar in the morning located in the hotel lobby opened at 6am and served great coffee and other healthy choices of food. Transportation to and from Disneyland via the shuttle bus was very easy, right out front of the lobby and dropped us off close to the Disney security check point. The shuttle bus passes were good for all day, this was really convenient to go back and forth from Disney to the hotel. Hotel was also close enough to walk to Disneyland if you did not want to ride the shuttle and get in some extra Miles/KMs We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Anaheim and Disneyland with the family and would stay here again.

The room was too warm when we first entered and when we tried to cool it down by turning the fan on. It wouldn’t cool down. Something was not working. Our stay was very uncomfortable throughout the night. Luckily we only stayed for a day while we went to Disneyland.

Nice, clean room; courteous front desk staff; I like firmer pillows, but no big deal for one night; couldn't really figure out AC & thermostat, but was so tired, it was OK and temperature was good enough.

Beautiful and clean hotel close to Disneyland. The shuttle also picks & drops you off right beside the hotel. The restaurant downstairs have good & fresh food for breakfast. The small souvenir store saved me from forgetting to get my parents a souvenir from Disneyland. We had a blast!

The tv wasn’t working but they came in and fixed it. The only other issue was getting a little bit more guidance on the shuttle application to get transportation to Disney. The hotel was a great stay. The Burger Place was great. Great Hamburgers

The Lobby and my floor hallway dirty. Sheets and beer cans outside the room across from my room. The elevator only 1 out of three working 2 out of three days I was there, very inconvenient, tv problems. The staff was friendly but the building needs work.

We stay for a week and the room wasn’t clean , one day that we was out all our shopping from one of the parks that we visited disappeared and no one have an answer for us . So disappointed.

Staff are friendly and hotel lobby and room are clean. Relatively near park and other tourist spots. We got 2 adjoining rooms. The other room still smells like food though.
