It is conveniently located in Anaheim about 8 min from Disneyland and features a spacious backyard with a beautiful pool. Permit: MP22-0146 Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac neighborhood, our 5 bedroom - 3 bath🏡 home offers a safe, spacious and secure retreat. Thoughtfully furnished bedrooms ensure a cozy night's sleep w/ large white linens. Motorized remote shades & TVs in each bedroom. Dimmers in each room provide an ambiance set by you. Large windows and skylights provide natural light throughout the day. Hot Tub/Spa temperature is set to 102°F (38° C) and is an included amenity for your stay. 1) Relax and enjoy. 2) Be respectful of our neighbors. 3) No parties or events. 4) Motion activated security cameras are located around the outside of the house. From the moment we were contacted ahead of our check-in, the communication and check-in process was amazing! Then we got to the house and found it was better then represented online, well-appointed and our host thought of everything. The place was immaculate and set up so well for groups and entertainment. Fun games, life size Tetras, Planco and an actual arcade game. Seating and beds galore. We absolutely loved it and are already thinking about doing something like this again next year and staying at the same. place. Very clean property inside and out. All amenities are new, and the layout of the house was perfect. Loved the design of the bathrooms/showers with partial glass ceilings. Felt very spa-like. Pool/hot-tub and outside patio area was awesome. Beds were super comfortable! Super close to Disneyland, Ralph's grocery store, Starbucks, etc. Safe neighborhood. Last but not least, the communication with Jade (the host) was excellent. Will stay here again. ##### Annette H. Jade was responsive to any questions from the start of our reservations to check out. Check in and out was super easy as well as all the communication regarding the house so we knew how to work things. The house was beautiful and clean and I am glad we paid to have the pool warmed on arrival. The pool was perfect when we arrived and was warm throughout our stay. The house is close to Disneyland but you feel you are far enough away to actually feel at ease and be able to relax. We felt safe during our stay. Thank you for the best experience! The overall accommodations provided were elevated (bedding, furniture, kitchen) and very comfortable for our family. The pool and outdoor patio were very nice and used daily. We were impressed by the overall attention to detail in every room of the house, and all communications with the owner were very pleasant and timely. Lastly, the location was only about 8-10 minutes from Disney which was nice. Overall, one of the best vacation home rental experiences we have had. ##### Stacy S. We didn’t use the pool much as it was a relatively cool weekend, but we were also interested in the beaches and exploring, and visiting family in town. I really appreciated the communication with Jade before and during the reservation, including a very delayed arrival, and the little snack station in the kitchen was much appreciated by my kids. The checkout process was not onerous as it can be at some VrBOs or ABNBs which made our leaving early for our flight much easier. ##### Nadiya K. This was our first time to Disneyland and we had a great stay, quiet, safe neighborhood at this home! Jade was an awesome host! Great and quick communication. We love the cleanliness of the home, everything! Love the welcome snack tray! Thank you! The pool was deep, for my kiddos, but we came prepared with life jackets and floaty so it was okay. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are so cool design, and love how everything such as extra towels, complimentary was provided in each area of the house.
