Everything a family could need was here. Our 11- and 18-year-old grandsons loved the Xbox in their room. We played pool un the evenings. The hot tub was a blessing to our aching feet and muscles after long park days. And the pool was cool and refreshing when we took a mid-day break.The kitchen was well-appointed. Everything was clean. (We didn't need them, but there were cribs, high chairs and strollers.)We walked to Disneyland the first day, about a 25-minute walk. That didn't seem bad in the morning, but after a day in the park it felt impossible. We took the tram back to the Mickey and Friends parking lot and walked from there, which helped. The next day, we drove. We would 100% recommend this property. Very satisfied. ##### Bonnie S. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Walked to Disneyland and avoided the parking fee. Next to a semi busy street but it was very quiet at the house. We would definitely stay here again. Spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Was a 16 minutes walk from the property to Disney gates . There were ample strollers, beach equipment etc. the converted garage was great as was the ac. It was in the 90’s for our stay so coming back each day was very comforting. Kitchen was up to date. Ample bedroom space-4\. The pool and hot tub were used with the temperatures being so hot. Roger-the owner- was always in contact or could be contacted. Thank you again. It is private and we were able to easily fit 3 SUV vehicles. It was a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Roger was very professional and welcoming. We had swift responses to all questions we had and he was very helpful with instructions for the property. As other reviews already noted - lots of space for many people. There were only four of us so plenty of rooms for each to have ones own space. Close to park - we used the parking at the park each day - only 35 per day with in and out privileges. The more youthful can walk it if they want. After a day of creating sore feet and blisters, driving back is so much less painful.We also had the more adventuresome stay in the park longer in the day, so one of us would drive around to the Harbor Blvd uber, lyft and taxi drop off area and pick them up at the end of the day.Tip on driving to park: When leaving the house, turn right on Walnut, then right on W. Goodhue, then right at Feather then right on to Ball and then Right to the parking structure on S. Disneyland Dr.Kitchen is well equipped, though could use a electric kettle and a dish drying rack, everything else is there for whatever comes up. Three bathrooms, some with tubs one with standing stall only. Tip: bring additional wash clothes as we only found two to utilize.If you can't make the fireworks show, it is right at the front door, just peek around the tree across the street to get a good view.We have stayed in Anaheim and Garden Grove for DLR trips for over 20 years and this place was probably the most peaceful. Many houses around the neighborhood are VRBO's as well so you will hear other kids having fun as well. We have stayed at two other houses in the same neighborhood and enjoyed this one the most. ##### Michael H. The house easily accommodated our group of 9\. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was quick to respond to all of my texts. Our host was very responsive to all questions and communicated with us about groundskeepers schedules and repairmen. The house accommodated our group of twelve comfortably.
