This is a three-bedroom home with two bathrooms. The queen master suite has a private bathroom, while the remaining rooms are children's bedrooms with full-over-full bunk beds and access to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a 43-inch TV. The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining, with ample space for the whole family. The kitchen features cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven/stove with range, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the bar. The family room offers plenty of seating on the sectional sofa and has a TV and Blu-ray/DVD player. French doors lead from the family and dining area to the rear yard, which includes a natural gas BBQ and patio set. The garage has been converted to a game room, featuring a Stiga Ping Pong table and a Billiards table. Additionally, the home offers strollers, a high chair, a booster seat, and a pack n' play for infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests' use. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The home has wireless high-speed internet, central heating, and air conditioning. This house SLEEPS 9 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ANY TIME. Maximum Vehicles 3\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Home is in a perfect location and quiet. Location to the park was a beautiful and short walk, and locations for shopping are close but driving is needed. Also the strollers available for my grandson saved a lot of extra luggage. If we come down again I will be searching for availability here! ##### Kyla W. The kids enjoyed playing pool and ping pong when we were there. We spent most of our time at the Disney parks. The bathrooms could use some remodeling in the shower, especially the wonky fixture in the primary bath. Having a small dresser and nightstands in the primary bedroom would also be nice to place your things. The three adults wished the mattresses weren't so hard, but the kids didn't complain. It was within walking distance (20 minutes) of Disney, which we took advantage of in the mornings. It was a cheap Lyft/Uber ride once we got tired from walking around Disney. The house was very comfortable and ultimately met our needs. We loved sitting out in the quaint backyard, sipping coffee in the morning. We would use this house again in the future! ##### Colin R. We had small kids and babies so it needed to be cleaned. The large open dining area and living room were nice with our large family. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. The location is perfect, and the house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8 people. A few considerations for the owners: - The guest bathroom is outdated and needs an update. The door lock was broken (which was fixed before we left the apartment), and there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes. - In the kitchen, the number of dishes were exactly the same as the number of guests the house can accommodate. I suggest adding at least two sets so guests can use one set while the other set is in the dishwasher. Guest bedroom: Possible bed bug infestation that needs to be checked out. Plus, it was so nice to have a kitchen and dining room and living room and washer and dryer and a fridge for our leftovers (we went to Sabroso! In Garden Grove-I highly recommend it) and a beautiful yard. The first evening we were there a hummingbird greeted us at the front door. I’m not kidding. This place is magical. Some of us walked to Disneyland each day and it took us 30 minutes. The others drove to the Woody and Friends parking lot and paid $35 to park and take the shuttle and it took them … 30 minutes. So, either works great! The property was exactly what we wanted! ##### Camylle D.
