The kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: oven/stove with range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The dining room has six seats, with additional seating at the bar. There is plenty of seating in the family room on the sectional sofa. The family room has a TV with Blu-ray/DVD player.

Right off the family and dining area are beautiful french doors leading out to the rear yard with a natural gas BBQ and patio set. The game room is located in the garage. There is a Stiga Ping Pong table and a Billiards table. There are strollers, a high chair, a booster seat, and a pack n' play for your infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer in the home are available for guests' use.

The home has wireless high-speed internet. In addition, the house has Central Heating and Air conditioning.
