This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an on-suite. Two children's bedrooms have full-over-full bunk beds and access to the hall bathroom. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. All bedrooms have a 43-inch plasma TV. Partial open-concept kitchen with family and dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops and custom paneled cabinetry with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Located in the kitchen closet is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. The dining room seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living room has a 51' plasma TV and a blue-ray/DVD player. Located off of the family room is the game room in the garage. There is ping pong, toys, strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. Beautiful backyard with a wooden patio deck, natural gas grill, BBQ, and children BRAND NEW children's playset. Eff. 05/22/2024\. The home has wireless high-speed internet. Central heating and air conditioning. Nice short walk to Disney. This house SLEEPS 9 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. It took about 15 min to walk to the tram at the parking lot. You get to access security there and save on the total time getting into the parks. My only complaint: There are several references to a pool and spa that don't exist. I didn't expect one at first, but then saw all the references to it and thought we had access to a local club house or something. Since we got in a day early and saw that, the kids were excited to swim. I texted the owner to find out and did get a quick answer. I would recommend removing references to a pool and spa when there is not one. The house worked out well for us overall. ##### Doug B. The house is exactly as described, perfect location to Disney about an 8 minute drive to either parking lots but far enough you don’t hear any of the noise, the house is spacious enough that once we were finished with our day we could go into our own rooms but also sit and watch movies if we wanted to, loved that we were offered the butler service and didn’t need to go grocery shopping, they were already there and setup. At check in received a message from the property manager, but no issues came about to where we needed to contact her through out the stay. The space is perfect for a larger family and fit our family of 6 easily. The property itself also has enough space and activities if you were to take a chill day at the house. Our kids love the ping pong table! The biggest downside to the property are the mattresses. They are very uncomfortable and make sleeping a bit of a challenge. There were 7 people in our party - 4 adults 3 kids -6,5, and 1\. The house was well stocked with things for the kids. There was a pack n play and several strollers. We had brought our own but the home had a double stroller that was a life saver.The yard was beautifully maintained and the kids loved playing in the backyard in the morning before going to the Disneyland park.Disney was very close and only a 20 minute walk with children. The check in process is way more difficult than a normal vrbo stay. You have to fill out extensive paperwork and confirm identities of all staying in the home. The rental company with very communicative and responded quickly with the few questions I had. The property was is close enough to walk to the park if you wanted to get a few more steps in for the day. It was also close to stores and restaurants. The house was stocked with all the basics you would need while there. The kids loved to pool and the game room. There were also multiple stroller options to use (including two double strollers).
