This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an on-suite. Two children's bedrooms have full-over-full bunk beds and access to the hall bathroom. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. All bedrooms have a 43-inch plasma TV. Partial open-concept kitchen with family and dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops and custom paneled cabinetry with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Located in the kitchen closet is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. The dining room seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living room has a 51' plasma TV and a blue-ray/DVD player. Located off of the family room is the game room in the garage. There is ping pong, air hockey, toys, strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. Beautiful backyard with a wooden patio deck, natural gas grill, BBQ, and children BRAND NEW children's playset. Eff. 05/22/2024\. The home has wireless high-speed internet. Central heating and air conditioning. Nice short walk to Disney. This house SLEEPS 9 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. The house is exactly as described, perfect location to Disney about an 8 minute drive to either parking lots but far enough you don’t hear any of the noise, the house is spacious enough that once we were finished with our day we could go into our own rooms but also sit and watch movies if we wanted to, loved that we were offered the butler service and didn’t need to go grocery shopping, they were already there and setup. At check in received a message from the property manager, but no issues came about to where we needed to contact her through out the stay. The house was nice, neighborhood quiet. Best of all was the close proximity to the park. Easy walk! Had a great space for our kids to play as well as chill after a couple long days. The proximity to Disneyland makes it a perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation if you don’t want to stay in a hotel. Will definitely be back!😁 ##### Casey M. This was so much better that getting multiple hotel rooms. They have everything we needed, and we could all be together. We loved the ping pong and air hockey tables in the garage and the nice covered dining area on the back deck. It's close enough to Disneyland to walk or a very short Uber ride away. ##### Jim M. We were able to walk to Disneyland, about 20mins or so. The playground out back needs some love, but our kiddos loved the game room area! It was perfect for what we needed. ##### Taylor V.
