Located just 1.5 miles from Disneyland, this charming and spacious 3-bedroom home near Disneyland is the perfect retreat for families looking for a relaxing vacation in a cozy home-like environment. Permit: REG2020-00038 The Space: Casa de Citron is 2,200sq ft home, fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 9 people (including infants). All our mattresses are protected with waterproof and bed bug mattress protectors. Linens and towels we provide are always thoroughly cleaned between each stay. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with brand new tiles and feels like a tranquil mini spa! You will have plenty of space and endless amenities for your whole family to enjoy. After a long day at Disneyland parks, families with children can return home to the privacy of their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The best part of the house? You can watch Disney fireworks straight from the master bedroom’s window! Guest Access: Our family room provides plenty of space to hang out together as a family! Watch your favorite movies on a huge 65 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. We have Samsung TV and FireTV streaming apps like Netflix, HULU, ESPN, Disney Plus, PRIME Video, IMDB Movies, NEWS, etc. which are available so you can still catch your favorite shows while you're on vacation. Free high speed internet with 5G WiFi throughout the house ensures you stay connected while on vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. Plates, utensils, cookware, a crock-pot, coffee pot and more are available for use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. The dining room is bright and cozy, perfect for those nights where you don’t feel like eating out. When you feel like relaxing with the family, you can make use of the BBQ grill and billiard table in our back patio. At 2,200 sq ft, this house is really a neighborhood gem. We are also only a few blocks away from Downtown Anaheim with grocery stores and dozens of restaurants. We take great pride in maintaining the old school charms of this house, while keeping up with the modern conveniences. We hope to make our guests feel at home and comfortable during their stay. Getting Around: Less than 5 minutes drive to Disneyland, public transportation is 2 blocks away, and Uber/Lyft is available anytime. Additional rules: Since Casa de Citron is an old structure built in 1923, please treat it as you would your own home. Please respect our neighbors. We would like everybody to have a fun time, but please keep the noise down after 10pm and before 9am (Per city of Anaheim regulations). All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Guest shall allow Homeowner and maintenance professionals access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. The owners / property managers were helpful and responsive. We \*really\* appreciated that the house was pre-stocked with breakfast items (eggs, cold cereal, bread, milk, orange juice), as we arrived too late in the evening to go grocery shopping and we left for Disneyland early the next morning. We liked that the house was a short straight shot to the main Disney entrance on S Harbor Blvd, as we could inexpensively Uber to and from the park, and the walk was short from / to the Uber drop off area. (Pro tip: when you book your Uber back to this place at the end of the day, book it from \*across the street\* from the main Uber pickup lot \[near IHop\], and it’ll save you time and money. The main lot is crazy crowded, and traffic flows out of that lot in the wrong direction.)The beds were comfortable, the house had nearly all of the amenities we needed (apparently except for a toaster for the bread…), and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There was a chance that some relatives from Southern California would meet up with us, and in that event, we would’ve used the house as a gathering point. That didn’t ultimately happen. But my sense was that the house would’ve been suboptimal for \*that\* purpose, because parking on the street is limited and because of the layout and setup of the house. ##### Bob M. The property was a perfect space for our family of 5\. Our 3 teens had plenty of space to spread out and the house was as advertised. Check in and communication with the host were top notch. Great location in nice neighborhood only 5 minutes from Disneyland. Very clean and well set up with great beds, towels, sheets, etc. Kitchen well equipped with all utensils, toaster, waffle maker, popcorn popper, ..... A nice surprise of breakfast essentials in the refrigerator greeted us upon arrival.Can't recommend this property and host enough. ##### Steve M. We were visiting my In-Laws that live nearby and also spending a day at Disney. The property had a good location in that it was close to everything that we needed. The house itself was clean and well organized. It had more amenities than any house I have ever stayed in before. It was very quiet and we were able to get a great night sleep. We could also see the Disney Fireworks from the upstairs window which was a wonderful surprise. We definitely plan to return in the future when we visit the area. ##### Jennifer B. The boys enjoyed the bunk bed room and our daughter was in the double room downstairs with the quiet master upstairs. The host was great and quick to respond. There was even some snacks and an easy breakfast waiting for us which was nice as the flight getting in was late so we didn't have time to stop for food before checking in. Ca. This home was perfect for us. It was roomy and very nicely decorated with special touches . The kitchen was well stocked with food basics and well organized. The owner responded immediately to our questions and provided helpful information. The kids loved the pool table in the back yard. We loved the peaceful, pretty patio area. The location was great. From the moment we made the reservation online, we felt welcomed by the hosts - who reached out immediately to inquire whether we’d be in need of child equipment and let us know about the property. The check in and keyless entry were seamless and we immediately felt at home.
