"We spent four enjoyable days here. Our hosts were very generous, giving us lots of local insight for exploring the area, as well as some fruit grown on their own property. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun by the pool, and all the flowers and trees in the yard. Definitely a beautiful spot to stay!"

"We had such an amazing time staying at Jorge and his wife’s property. The pool was amazing and sitting by the pool in the evening visiting with family was awesome. The family made use of the pool table and the froze ball game. We swam and really enjoyed it. My husband is from around that area and we have decided to stay there again if Jorge will have us"

We prefer places a little out of town & this fitted the bill perfectly. Supermarket a short walk up the street. Enjoyed the evenings eating at the table outside, or by the pool."

"Staff were very nice. Rooms were simple but effective. Heating was working (some reviews dud not understand that there was a switch on the side as well as he temp control.) hot water also good. Fridge, basic cooking equipment plates etc. Bring a corkscrew and a small coffee percolator if you need them. Towels and bed sheets with a duvet all clean etc. "

"The house has a good location, close to the beach and to the city, with all services and shops near. We went by bus from Lisbon to Mira and got an taxi to the house. The accommodations are very nice. We had just a problem with clogging of toilets, but the owner went there on next day with products for us to use on it. The thermoaccumulator size is not enough for 12 people to take shower straight, so we had to organize turns for it along the day. In general we liked a lot to stay on the house."

"The room was sunny and clean, all white, with a nice kitchenette on one wall. Location is great for walking to restaurants, canal, shopping, etc. One issue is proximity to church which rang bells every 15 min all day (about 8AM to 10PM). Biggest problem was communication with host. Email instruction was to announce arrival and I would be met at door. I contacted by what's app from station and again at door. Messages read but no response after 1/2 hr. Called and told I should have known to use...

"Loverly villa with heated pool set in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. Village has small shops and bars, even a ATM. Added bonus , we were luckily there throughout the village festival celebrations which were amazing, excellent music plus a fantastic atmosphere. Ideal for families, having a car is beneficial."

"The house is beautiful and wonderfully appointed - even better than the pictures would have you believe. Location is fantastic - minutes from downtown Aveiro, two big supermarkets and the beaches, but still in a residential neighborhood. "It was really cute and a lot of space for the cost. Beds were comfy, free espresso, beer, and tea in the room. It’s within walking distance of the funicular, so even though this hotel is near the top of the hill by the university, you can get up from the Main Street pretty easily and cheaply. The spiral stairs are a bit nervous to navigate. The Wi-Fi unfortunately only worked on the ground floor."
