Villa Egeria is a charming and bright two-story villa situated on a hillside in a residential area. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Egeria you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Villa Egeria is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Anacapri, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles), the bus stop at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (the rocky Gradola beach by the Blue Grotto) at 2.8 km (roughly 1.74 miles) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away). You will reach Villa Egeria walking past a main entrance gate and along a route that includes approximately three stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Egeria (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed). Villa Egeria is tended by a butler, who resides in an annex on the premises. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; daily cleaning; linens and towels; chef/cook; electricity.Available upon request: pets; baby bed.
