Excellent staff and breakfast but the pool, hot tub, gym area could need a refreshment.

Our stay at D1Mension Residences was unfortunately very disappointing. The apartment did not match the photos shown on the booking site. We were placed on a low floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley, which was not what we expected based on the listing. One of the main reasons we booked this property was the swimming pool, but access was denied because we were not official residents — something that was not clearly mentioned. We tried to reach the host multiple times through the app with no response. Eventually, we had to rely on a local friend to call them directly. Even then, no solution was offered. Later, they claimed someone had come to assist us, which was untrue. They had our contact information but made no effort to get in touch. The apartment itself was average. There were very few towels, and they were small and not suitable for a comfortable stay. Overall, the experience was stressful rather than relaxing. After two nights, we chose to leave and move to a different accommodation where we finally found the comfort and service we were looking for. I would not recommend this property to travelers seeking a smooth and restful experience.

Big scam : the room is not in Landmark 81, it’s beside (Landmark 1) The flat is not like the pictures, it’s tinier and dirty. There was no swimming pool, despite the pics in the announce. There was 2 keys, 1 didn’t work We could not sleep because of the construction noise in the building. Very bad experience.

We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly. They even falsely claimed to Hotels.com that someone came to help us access the pool, which never happened. They had our contact details but never tried to reach us. The apartment itself was average and certainly not worth what we paid. There were very few towels, and they were small and low quality. Worst of all, the stay was far from relaxing. Most online reviews are suspiciously positive and all say the same things — I seriously question their authenticity. We decided to leave after two nights and moved to a much better hotel where we are finally enjoying our vacation with attentive staff and a peaceful atmosphere. I would not recommend this property, especially for families expecting a smooth and restful experience.
