« Hôtel parfait pour nos deux nuits à Kumamoto. Hôtel très propre et très confortable, grande chambre avec belle vue sur la ville. Deux restaurants dans l’hôtel. Très bon service, la réception nous a réservé une voiture auprès d’un loueur à proximité le lendemain de notre arrivée et nous a prêté des parapluies. Moins de 15 minutes à pied de la gare JR. »

« Tres bien place, mais tres calme la nuit, petit dej un peu delicat pour qqun qui vient d’Europe mais on s’y fait vite. Le cafe est exceptionnel, le personnel fait de son mieux, la proprete est au grand maximum! A 5 min a pied de la gare routiere Sakuramachi pour venir de l’aeroport et y aller. A 3 min a pied de la station tram. »

« Great hotel overall. Can't judge the breakfast but all the other aspects were wonderful, especially considering the prices range of the hotel. Renovated and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great neighborhood with many shops. Close to the tramway that gets you to the main station. View on the castle from the rooms located on the front side. Very very hard to beat cost-performance ratio. »
