Sink = cracked Bathroom = tiny. Went to reception with money in my had to pay for breakfast and was told to come back in 15 minutes… money in my hand may I say again. Blonde receptionist was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Was a lovely hotel but so many easy to fix issues. Our window was also broken and wouldn’t fully close.

Eye-wateringly expensive for ‘mean’ experience

Very expensive hotel considering everything felt mean and cheap- single sheet on bed , directly on mattress, thin, mean towels , soap hard to access, no laundry bag, mean portions of tea/ coffee.

Great location, nearby public transportation to city center and train station South to connect to the airport. Plenty shopping, restaurants and cafes next door, nice peaceful balcony.

Voor de ontvangst werd alles digitaal geregeld er was nauwelijks contact met de baliemedewerker. Doe het zelf check in…. Vooral fijn voor henzelf . Kamer met vies tapijt, 3 hangers in een heel grote kast, piepkleine douche, zacht matras en een tv die het niet deed. Positief was dat het bed schoon was. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet goed.

Staff and installations were great! Only some things that could improve are a shower curtain and fix the elevator that just didn't work when I went to run a marathon and the day after the event it was not easy to climb stairs

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was charming, and in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. With a tram stop right outside it was quick and easy to get to city centre. Due to covid, housekeeping was available upon request, and staff was available 24/7 for any questions or help if we needed. Will absolutely stay here again.

De hotel kamer was ontzettend vies en slecht onderhouden, haren in de badkamer etc. Geen oog dicht gedaan, in de ochtend leek het net alsof er verbouwd werd aan de hand van de harde bonken uren lang.

The first room that we got, were extremely cold, because the windows didnt propely close. Becasue of the bad condition of the windows, it was very noisy too, from the cars, trams driving by. My daughter somehow lost her sweatpants inside the room? When coming back to the hotel one night, her pants were missing from the room, even though the pants were there, when we left the room, late afternoon, the same day.

Hotel Beethoven not up to their promises

I had booked two rooms. One of the rooms was icy cold, heating not working. Furthermore there was almost no WiFi in the hotel. It always broke off after a few minutes. Their net is not sufficient, very annoying.

Gute Lage aber Zimmer sind vernachlässigt worden

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr guten Einkaufsstraße in einem sehr schönen Viertel von n Amsterdam unweit des Olympischen Stadions. Der Eingangs/Restaurant Bereich ist geschmackvoll u einladend... leider das Zimmer nicht. Sehr lieblos u billig eingerichtet u lädt wirklich nicht zum verweilen ein. Die junge Rezeptionistin war sehr aufmerksam u freundlich. Das Frühstück gibt es als Buffet im Restaurant neben der Rezeption u war ordentlich!

Ottimo soggiorno.

Vacanze con la famiglia, la stanza una tripla, era molto spaziosa e comoda. Due sole cose non sono state di mio gradimento : la vasca con annessa doccia. Doccia ok. ma per poter fare la doccia bisogna entrare nella vasca cosa scomoda e anche pericolosa. Altra cosa il mio materasso eccessivamente morbido. Per il resto pulizia eccellente, biancheria di prima qualità e sostituita tutti i giorni. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante ottimo. Peccato che la colazione non fosse inclusa.

Location of the hotel was really nice. Tram stop was next to the hotel. Neighbourhood was nice. Breakfast price was 14,50e and it really was not worth it! I suggest you go and buy aomething from the supermarket nearby. Room was spacious but there was really bad smell all the time and it feel like there was mold or something. Beds were too soft and rooms really needs to be updated.

When I checked in, the person at reception was not so welcoming. She asked if I already filled up the form, but I was not even sure about which form she is talking about. The good thing was that the line was not long and I got my room fast. The hotel room condition was okay. The sink in the bathroom looked old and was a bit broken. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel was not quite in the central area, neither too far. By walk, it is about 1 hour from Central Station, and by tram, it was about 15-20 minutes ride.

Simples Hotel

Beethoven Hotel ist sehr simpel und eher weit vom Zentrum, jedoch gibt es eine Tram ganz in der Nähe, die direkt ins Zentrum fährt! Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels hat auf jeden Fall seinen Charme und das Zimmer ist relativ groß und sauber. Mein Freund und ich haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und bereuen die Entscheidung dort geschlafen zu haben für eine Nacht nicht.
