The staff were incredible and really catering! I was able to check in early and I informed them it was my birthday. I arrived and they had left balloons, a card and a gift it was so wonderful! The room was really nice and clean, lots of amenities and the bed was comfortable. Completely soundproof and with a nice view!

Overall good stay. We had an issue with a leak in our room but the staff weren’t too concerned. Other than that, very friendly staff and safe hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Loved the location of this place for the price we paid. We paid for breakfast however this felt quite limited for the price. The hotel didn’t have any access to plain water for us to fill up our bottles. Overall service and cleanliness was really good.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from Central Station. It is on a Main Street with lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the staff are attentive. Our room overlooked the street but we were not disturbed by any noise. The downside was I requested twin beds but was given a double which barely fit into the room. The room was a wedge shape with only a few inches between the bottom of the bed and the wall. I would stay here again if I could be guaranteed a twin room.

Great stay here spotlessly, clean room and bathroom. Really central, so walked most places. Staff were very efficient with check in. There was the negative of a giant pile of excretment right at the main entrance door, on the street but still not a good look.....or smell.

I encountered very weirded situation with the hotel .. they withdrew 275 USD down payment while my reservation payment should be at the property and it was 4 days before travelling. I need hotels.com investigation department to inspect the improper financial transaction which violates the reservation policy I received. I will be waiting a corrective actions against the unjustified incidente as they didn't respect the agreement which was mentioned my hotels.com.
